A fast-moving blaze forced eight families from their homes in Sellersville, Bucks County.

SELLERSVILLE, Pa. (WPVI) -- A fast-moving blaze forced five people from their homes in Sellersville, Bucks County.

The fire started after 3:30 a.m. Wednesday on the 200 block of North Main Street.

The flames tore through a house subdivided into apartments.

Firefighters needed extra help battling the flames.

It took about an hour to place the fire under control.

There were no immediate reports of injuries.

The Red Cross has been called to assist the displaced residents.
