New medical marijuana dispensary opens in South Philadelphia

SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A new medical marijuana dispensary opens its doors in South Philadelphia Friday.

Grassroots Cannabis, a Chicago-based operation, will open 'Herbology" at 1125-27 E. Passyunk Avenue.

Besides medical marijuana products, they also have plans to create a wellness center in the future.

The ribbon cutting for Herbology is at 10:30 a.m.
