Police in New Jersey searching for tractor-trailer cab after woman seen bloodied, yelling for help

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, New Jersey (WPVI) -- Police in Middlesex County, New Jersey are searching for a tractor-trailer cab after a woman was reportedly seen covered in blood and yelling for help from inside.
South Brunswick police responded to a 911 call around 2 p.m. Wednesday at Route 130, near the Dayton Toyota dealership.
A witness told officers the woman was bleeding from her face and screaming for help. The witness said a male truck driver pulled her back into the cab.
The cab was traveling on Route 130 south and then left the highway at the Ridge Road exit.
The victim is described to be in her 20s with long brown hair and was wearing a brown flannel shirt.
Police said the suspect is described as a bald, older white male with a white beard and a blue shirt.
Detectives have recovered videos showing the tractor-trailer cab on Route 130.
