Search for woman last seen at Frankford Transportation Center

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing woman who has been diagnosed with dementia.

64-year-old Rose Okoludo of the 8900 block of Roosevelt Boulevard was last seen at the Frankford Transportation Center.

She is described as 5'2, 120 pounds, medium brown complexion, with brown eyes and black hair.

She was last seen wearing a yellow dress, black hat with yellow flowers, beige stockings and slippers.
