NEWARK, Del. (WPVI) -- Police in Delaware have arrested a man who they say was selling drugs out of his home.
20-year-old Joshua Gaines was arrested at his home on the 200 block of Smithmill Road in Newark on Thursday.
Inside the house, authorities found more than 5 pounds of marijuana, along with mushrooms and Oxycodone pills.
They also discovered a a sawed off shotgun, an AR-15 assault rifle, a 12 gauge shotgun, and more than $2,000 in suspected drug sale cash.
Gaines was charged with two counts of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a destructive weapon, two counts of possession of a deadly weapon, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was arraigned and released after posting $10,200.00 secured bail.
