Camden crime statistics down so far this year

CAMDEN, N.J. (WPVI) -- The Camden County Police Department reports a drop in crime over this time last year.

There have been 22 murders so far this year in Camden, which is down 37 percent.

There has been a 26 percent drop in rape cases, robberies fell 13 percent, and aggravated assaults are also down 12 percent.
