Fire damages home in Abington Township, Pa.

ABINGTON TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- Fire has damaged a home in Abington Township, Montgomery County.

The blaze broke out before 6 a.m. in the 1000 block of Huntingdon Road.

Firefighters arrived to find thick smoke and flames shooting through the roof of the multi-story home.

It took crews about an hour to get the upper hand.

There were no reports of injuries.

Fire investigators were working to determine the cause.
