Serial tire slasher sentenced

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A Philadelphia man is going to prison for slashing tires in his Oxford Circle neighborhood.

David Toledo will spend three to six years behind bars.

He was arrested last year when prosecutors say he was caught trying to flatten the tire of a SEPTA bus.

Toledo was previously convicted and sentenced to probation for the same crime in his old neighborhood, in Mayfair back in 2012.
