Thieves break into Center City apartment building

Philadelphia police are on the hunt for a trio of thieves who were caught on camera breaking into a Center City apartment building.

RITTENHOUSE (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are on the hunt for a trio of thieves who were caught on camera breaking into a Center City apartment building.

The incident happened at 10 p.m. on October 13.

Surveillance video shows the three suspects entering the apartment building on the 1500 block of Walnut Street by using an unauthorized card.

The thieves were searching for building for up to seven hours. They can be seen taking several items from inside, including a power washer, a Dyson vacuum cleaner, a fax machine, and $40 cash.

The first suspect is described as a white male, 25-years-old and 5'7" tall with a thin build. He was wearing a knit hat, hooded jacket, jeans, and white sneakers.

The second suspect is described as a white male, 40 years-old and 6'2" tall with a thin build and goatee. He was wearing a short sleeved shirt, and shorts.

A third suspect is described as a white male, 40 years-old and 5'10" tall with a goatee and long hair tied in a ponytail. He was wearing a black hat, black shirt, and black jeans.
