Woman's boyfriend charged in Pa. toddler's murder

ALLENTOWN, Pa. (WPVI) -- A vacation ended in tragedy for an Allentown family.

Authorities in Puerto Rico say they've arrested 26-year-old Jose Perez Santos and charged him with the murder of his girlfriend's 3-year-old daughter.

The Allentown family was on vacation in Puerto Rico.

Police say the child's mother left her with Santos on Friday.

When she came back, the toddler was unconscious and had signs of trauma.
