Fire breaks out at North Philadelphia home

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Firefighters rescued residents from a roof after fire broke out at a home in the 3300 block of North 17th Street in North Philadelphia.

Crews were called the scene at 2:30 a.m. Monday.

Two people were treated at the scene for injuries.

There is no word yet on what started the fire.

The Red Cross is assisting two families.
