NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A fast moving fire damaged a house in North Philadelphia.
The blaze broke out around 1:00 a.m. Tuesday on the 2200 block of West Berks Street.
Firefighters arrived to heavy flames showing on the second and third floors.
There was a report of people trapped, but they were able to get out safely.
The Red Cross was called in to assist the residents.
So far, there's no word on what caused the fire.
