Paralyzed man says cop tried to tip over wheelchair

A paralyzed man says San Francisco police tried to push him out of his wheelchair.

The video clip shows Bo Frierson moving his wheelchair towards a group in hopes of intervening in an argument between his friends and the police.

But officers tell him to leave and at one point one of them tries to tip Frierson out of his chair, and then pushes him off the curb.

Police say the man tried to run over his foot.

Frierson was cited for obstructing an officer.
