Pedestrian struck by vehicle in Burlington County

SOUTHAMPTON TWP., N.J. (WPVI) -- A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on Route 206 in Burlington County, New Jersey.

It happened around 7:30 p.m. Monday near Vincentown Road in Southampton Township.

The victim was flown by helicopter to Capital Health Regional Medical Center.

There is no word on the victim's condition.

The victim has only been identified as male.

The road was closed for the investigation.
