LAKEWOOD, N.J. -- Authorities say a woman suffered serious leg injuries when she was struck by a New Jersey Transit bus.

The accident occurred Saturday, as the 68-year-old woman was trying to cross a road in Lakewood. She was flown to a trauma center, and further details on her condition have not been disclosed.
