Celebration of Mexican culture at Penn's Landing

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- There was a joyous celebration of Mexican culture at Penn's Landing Sunday afternoon.

Hundreds of people lined up to watch Mariachi bands and folk dancers for this Mexican Independence Day Festival.
