Pavement damage causes emergency I-95 lane closures

If you use I-95 in Bucks County, be aware of an emergency lane closure this weekend.

The right lane of I-95 southbound between Dolington and Quarry Roads, about a mile south of the Scudder Falls Bridge, was shut down at 8 p.m. Friday and will remain closed until repairs can be completed.

The Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission says it had to take this action for safety reasons after the recent freeze and thaw cycle damaged the pavement.
