Firefighter responding to call injured in Bethlehem crash

BETHLEHEM, Pa. (WPVI) -- A firefighter was injured while responding to a call in the Lehigh Valley.

It happened on Stefko Boulevard and East Market Street in Bethlehem around 11 p.m. Monday.

Police say the Bethlehem fire truck was hit by a car and went off the road.

One firefighter was injured and taken to a nearby hospital for observation.

The accident remains under investigation.
