Pupdates: Catching up with Rocky and Belle

JESSUP, Md. (WPVI) -- We've been following Rocky and Belle, two service dogs in training from Canine Partners for Life in Chester County.

We caught up with them at the Maryland Correctional Institution in Jessup.
