CHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- Federal authorities have arrested a suspected killer in Delaware County.
Authorities say 19-year-old Nasir Hassan Saleem Jr. was found hiding in an abandoned vehicle in an alley on Norris Street in Chester Friday.
Police say he was the gunman in a September 25th shooting on West 13th Street in Trainer.
