PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The Pennypack Park rapist of 2011 and 2012 will spend the next 30-60 years behind bars.
Robert Palen, who was convicted back in April at the age of 40, was sentenced Friday morning in a Philadelphia courtroom.
Prosecutors say Palen beat and sexually assaulted two women back in the summer of 2011.
Investigators finally caught up with him in Wisconsin in 2015 after DNA from one of the Philadelphia attacks matched DNA from a rape he was convicted of committing there.
The Pennypack Park incidents happened in July and August of 2011 and May of 2012, all in the same area, along the 8100 block of Cresco Avenue.
Palen was convicted of two of the three attacks.
