Vigil held for 85-year-old man stabbed in West Philadelphia

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A West Philadelphia neighborhood gathered with heavy hearts while holding candles to remember Willie Cooper Friday evening.

On December 20, the 85-year-old victim was found stabbed to death in his home along the 5300 block of Addison Street.

Police are searching for his killer and the murder weapon.

Before releasing balloons, attendees donned white rimmed glasses which was one of Cooper's favorite things.
