Mistrial for Maurice Green, man accused of murdering South Philly grocer on Christmas Eve

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Mistrial for the man accused of murdering a South Philly store owner.

Four days of deliberations have ended in a mistrial for Maurice Green.

Green, 31, stands accused of murdering South Philadelphia store owner Marie Buck on Christmas Eve 2016.

1 of 17

81-year-old Marie Buck was shot and killed inside her South Philadelphia market on Christmas Eve.

The jury could not reach a verdict.

A status hearing is now scheduled for November 30.
