QUEEN VILLAGE (WPVI) -- City building inspectors were on the scene after a partial row house collapse in the Queen Village section of Philadelphia.
It happened before 2:30 a.m. Friday in the 400 block of Manton Street.
The Action Cam arrived to find part of the facade had buckled inward.
It appeared one or more floors inside the home had collapsed.
Action News is told one person was hurt.
Firefighters evacuated neighboring homes as a precaution.
There was no immediate word what led to the collapse.
