NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- They are in mourning, but they are also determined to bring whoever killed Debra Gulliver to justice.
Family and friends gathered for a vigil in honor the woman assaulted, then murdered in a North Philadelphia park near Dobbins High School.
The victim's mother stayed away Wednesday night, but those who did attend asked anyone who can lead the police to Gulliver's murderer to call police anonymously.
There's a $20,000 reward to catch her killer.
