Chopper 6 over William Penn statue after lightning strike

CENTER CITY -- Chopper 6 was up over Philadelphia City Hall on Wednesday, looking for any damage to the William Penn statue following the storm on Tuesday.

Video sent by Action News viewer Jennifer Finley showed lightning strike the top of the statue.
