PHILADELPHIA -- Dozens of Philadelphia police officers are moving up in the ranks as they were promoted today in honor of their hard work and dedication.
A ceremony to officially hand out their new titles was held at Temple University.
Police commissioner Richard Ross and Mayor Jim Kenney were both there to offer their congratulations to the more than 120 men and women who climbed the ranks.
Among them was Lieutenant Christopher Bullick, whose wife Jennifer is our digital sales director here at 6abc.
