Police: Suspect arrested for allegedly killing a man in Frankford

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police have arrested a suspect in a Frankford homicide Saturday afternoon,

It happened before 1 p.m. in the 5200 block of Hawthorne Street.

Police say a 23-year-old man was stabbed in the neck.

He was taken by private auto to Jefferson Frankford Hospital but died two hours later.

A weapon was recovered at the scene.

The incident remains under investigation.
