PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A power outage has turned the lights off near City Hall in Center City Philadelphia.
The outage was reported around 4 a.m. Thursday on 12th Street toward the east side of City Hall.
A number of blocks, traffic lights, and part of City Hall have been left in the dark.
PECO says the outage is due to an underground transformer.
