1 hurt after crash in North Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- One person was hurt in an accident on the wet roads in North Philadelphia on Sunday afternoon.

Police say the driver of a pickup truck lost control and hit a pole at North Broad and Norris streets around 4 p.m.

The truck was badly damaged in the accident.

There is no immediate word on the condition of the driver.
