Police chase ends when vehicle flips over

MEDIA, Pa. (WPVI) -- A driver faces numerous charges after leading Pennsylvania State Police on a chase through several communities that ended with the vehicle overturning.

State Police tell Action News the pursuit started around 1:00 a.m. Sunday on Route 352 in Media and continued for 17 miles.

The driver then looped around onto Route 1 South and then back onto Route 352 in Chadds Ford.

That's when, police say, the driver lost control of the vehicle and rolled over.

The driver was taken into custody.
