104-year-old woman has led a life of loving Philadelphia

BALA CYNWYD, Pennsylvania (WPVI) -- In 104 years, Neysa Adams has built a family, traveled the world, met face-to-face with world leaders, and helped her city grow into a better place.

She married a man she met in high school, Arlin Adams, who went on to serve as a federal appeals court judge and was considered various times on short lists of Supreme Court nominees.

Mr. Adams' prominence in politics gave way to many adventures throughout the country and world, through which she was able to meet many presidents from Dwight D. Eisenhower to Donald Trump.

In her own right, Neysa Adams was committed to various causes around Philadelphia and worked closely with the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia, United Way, Emergency Aid Foundation of Pennsylvania, and the University of Pennsylvania.

Watch the video above to see Adam and her family gather to celebrate her 104th birthday and reminisce on her lifetime of service.
