Stella Tsai Makes History on Commonwealth Court

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The Honorable Stella Tsai has become the first Asian American judge on the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.

She was sworn in during a special installation ceremony in University City on Thursday.

Tsai previously served on the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.

She earned her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
