Volunteers pitch in for 'Feeding Pennsylvania' event at Philabundance

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Monday is National Pennsylvania Day.

It celebrates the Commonwealth's history, heritage and people.

America 250 PA is recognizing the many acts of service that happen across the Commonwealth, including "Feeding Pennsylvania".

Volunteers pitched in at the Philabundance Hunger Relief Center on Galloway Street in South Philadelphia.

This is one of the many volunteer events happening at food banks across the state Monday.
