Hundreds attend Puerto Rican Day Parade in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- More than a thousand people marched up the Ben Franklin Parkway on Sunday for the Puerto Rican Day Parade.

The parade kicked off at 16th and the Parkway at 12 p.m.

The annual event is the city's oldest and largest outdoor event celebrating Puerto Rican and Latino heritage.
