LAWRENCEVILLE, N.J. (WPVI) -- Turning 100 is a milestone - a remarkable life achievement that warrants every candle, every card. On Tuesday, one remarkable woman celebrated a century of life in Lawrenceville, Mercer County.

On her birthday, Helen Oswald was still busy leading the exercise class at Atrium Post Acute Care.

She's the leader of the pack, inspiring pretty much everyone with her physical and mental strength, and contagious life force.

We asked Helen, what's the secret to getting to 100 years old?

"My faith in God and good friends," she said.

Everyone around her says, if this is what 100 looks like - sign me up!

"She's an amazing woman I can't believe all of the things she's done in her life. She's a guiding light and inspiration," said her son, Ed Oswald.

And we got a look at how contagious her energy is.

She tells us the best part of her day was, "Channel 6 was here!"
