An 11-year-old boy made a brave decision to confront his online bullies in a video that has gone viral.

For the past year, Logan Fairbanks and his father have been posting videos of pranks they play on one another to YouTube.

But when Logan noticed a stream of cruel comments directed at him, he decided to film a much more serious video.

Over the course of two-minutes, the 5th grader calmly read the hateful words that strangers direct at him.

The video ends with Logan's message back out to the world, calling for people to stop bullying others online.

He also urges those who have been targeted by strangers not to let the hurtful words affect them.

So far, almost 400,000 people have viewed his video.
