Improving police-community relations

HUNTING PARK (WPVI) -- Philadelphia's Police Advisory Commission met with residents in the Hunting Park section of the city Monday night.

Concilio hosted the event, which was open to the public.

The commission was created to help improve police-community relations and investigate individual complaints against officers.
