WEST CHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- Folks in Chester County heard new business ideas at a special Chamber of Commerce event Tuesday.

3 county commissioners, Terrence Farrell, Kathi Cozzone and Michelle Kichline gave their perspectives.

More than 200 people attended the annual luncheon.
