PHILADELPHIA -- Philadelphia Eagles offensive lineman Andre Dillard, who has been competing with Jordan Mailata for the starting left tackle spot, suffered a knee sprain during Tuesday's practice and is listed as week-to-week.

Dillard, the team's first-round draft pick in 2019, had been splitting first-team reps with Mailata during training camp, but he limped off the field Tuesday following a trip to the medical tent. Mailata, the former Australian rugby football player and 2018 seventh-round pick, appeared to be pulling away from Dillard in the competition and is now the heavy favorite to start Week 1 against the Atlanta Falcons.

SafetyK'Von Wallaceis also week-to-week after suffering a groin strain Tuesday. He was receiving the bulk of the first-team reps opposite Anthony Harris. Marcus Epps is among the favorites to see an increase in playing time in Wallace's absence.

In other injury news: Defensive end Ryan Kerrigan underwent right thumb surgery and is expected to miss seven to 10 days; guards Brandon Brooks andIsaac Seumalohave returned to practice after being sidelined with hamstring injuries; and receiver DeVonta Smith (left knee) did conditioning work on a side field Tuesday, a sign of progress in his rehab. He continues to be listed as week-to-week.
