Saint Mark's High School celebrates 50th Anniversary

NEWARK, Del. (WPVI) -- Saint Mark's High School is celebrating its 50th Anniversary.

The Newark school first opened its doors on this day, 50 years ago.

Monday, students and staff held a "first day" party.

There were all types of activities like water balloon tosses, a big game of tug-of-war.

This is just part of a series of events marking the occasion throughout the year.
