Fmr. Delaware County teacher sentenced to year in prison

A former Delaware County middle school teacher has been sentenced to one year in prison for having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old student.

38-year-old William Barber of Concord plead no contest to the charges back in June.

According to police, Barber had sex with a student he met during his gym class.

At the time, Barber was a married father of four.

He had worked for the school district for more than a decade.
