Thieves stealing wheels off vehicles in Allentown

ALLENTOWN, Pa. (WPVI) -- Allentown Police are looking for a car thief who specializes in stealing wheels and tires.

One victim took video of his vehicle, which had been stripped down to the hubs.

Police say they've seen a rise in thefts on the east side of the city since the spring.

They say the robberies are happening mostly on secluded properties, and in areas without street lights.
