Man found shot in Tioga-Nicetown

TIOGA-NICETOWN (WPVI) -- Police say a man in his 20s was found shot in the groin in Philadelphia's Tioga-Nicetown section.

The shooting took place around 12:30 a.m. Friday on the 2100 block of Hunting Park Avenue.

The victim was shot on the street and managed to make his way into the Walt's Devil Island bar.

Medics were called and he was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

So far, there is no word on suspects or a motive.
