LOWER CHICHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- Service on SEPTA's Wilmington-Newark line was suspended Thursday after a person was struck and killed by an Amtrak Acela train.
It happened at 11:45 a.m. Thursday near Amtrak's Marcus Hook Station near Market Street in Lower Chichester, Delaware County.
SEPTA service was suspended between Marcus Hook and Wilmington, and Amtrak service was delayed while authorities investigated.
