A rare albino whale named Migaloo was spotted off the coast of Port Macquarie, New South Wales on July 8, 2017.
Passengers aboard a cruise boat enthusiastically watched the all-white humpback breach the water.
Whales usually migrate north toward warmer temperatures between May and July each year.
According to National Geographic, humpback whales weight about 40 tons and are 48 - 62.5 feet long. They are about the same length as a school bus.
Migaloo was thought to be the only white whale in the world until 2011, when an albino what was sighted.
