Vandal damages several cars in Point Breeze

POINT BREEZE (WPVI) -- A vandal damaged several cars in one Philadelphia neighborhood overnight.
It happened at 18th and Washington Avenue in Point Breeze.
At least six cars had windows smashed out.
It also appears that vandal rummaged through belongings.
