Family turning tragedy into action through 'Magical Mila Foundation'

You may notice the Philadelphia skyline looks a little different Wednesday night.

That's because of a little girl named Mila.

At 17 months, she lost her battle with a genetic condition known as NF1.

Her parents are now on a mission to ensure her legacy lives on through the Magical Mila Foundation.
