Philly Bomba Plena Center to officially open in Kensington

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A new cultural center is serving up tradition and pride.

The Philly Bomba Plena Center officially opens in Kensington this weekend.

And the founder says it's a love letter to his Puerto Rican heritage and a space where the next generation can get connected to their roots.
