Police: Shooting leaves 24-year-old man dead in West Kensington

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are investigating a shooting Friday that left a 24-year-old man dead in West Kensington.

The incident happened just after 7 p.m. on the 100 block of East Wishart Street.

Police say the 24-year-old man was shot in the head.

He was transported to Temple University Hospital, where he died from his injuries.

So far, no arrests have been made at this time.
